FEATHER-TUFF - Simply "mist" on the back side of your turkey wing and tail quills and let dry. Creates a TOUGH, FLEXIBLE BACKING, holding all of the tiny feather-fibers together. Use your dubbing needle to separate out the exact number of fibers needed for a given wing-case. NO MORE SPLIT-FIBER WING CASES.
