This hook is a good alternative to more expensive hooks of the same style. Great for clouser’s, I also use this hook for carp flies. It’s barb is a bit big, but it smashes down easily. Also, the point should be filed before you tie the fly, but this whole process takes one minute. Holds a point well and very strong.
